Analytical Services
At EON Biotech, we provide a wide range of analytical testing services designed to support chemical and pharmaceutical development, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Our laboratory is equipped with modern instrumentation and staffed by experienced chemists capable of handling diverse testing needs—from raw materials to complex formulations.

We analyze both small molecules and intermediates, with a strong focus on purity, identity, moisture content, residual solvents, structural confirmation, and stability. Our analytical solutions support every stage of the product lifecycle, from research batches to full production.

We routinely perform analysis using the following techniques:

• Gas Chromatography (GC & HS-GC) for purity profiling, residual solvents, and content quantification

• High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC & LC-MS) for qualitative and quantitative analysis of APIs, intermediates, impurities, and degradation products

• NMR (¹H, ¹³C) for structural confirmation using a wide range of deuterated solvents

• Mass Spectrometry (MS) for molecular weight verification and structural clues

• Karl Fischer Titration for accurate moisture content determination

• Polarimetry, pH, melting point, loss on drying, ash content, and other physical tests for raw material evaluation and release

• UV/Vis & IR spectroscopy for absorption scanning and compound identification

• Stability testing under ICH conditions using climate-controlled chambers

What We Require

To initiate testing, we typically request:
Each analytical method requires a specific minimum quantity of sample to ensure accurate measurement and repeatability. Submitting enough material allows for method optimization, replicate testing, and retesting if necessary. If you’re unsure about required amounts, our team can guide you.
Include the CAS number, chemical name, and molecular structure where possible. This helps our chemists verify compound identity, anticipate analytical behavior (e.g. volatility, solubility, stability).
Please specify any solvent preferences, solubility constraints, pH ranges, or temperature requirements relevant to the test. This is especially important for techniques like NMR, HPLC, or Karl Fischer titration, where the solvent can directly impact the quality of results.
Let us know the primary purpose of the analysis:

• Qualitative (e.g., identity confirmation, impurity detection)

• Quantitative (e.g., purity determination, concentration analysis)

• Method development or validation for regulatory use

Clarifying your objectives helps us tailor the test protocol to your application, whether it’s for R&D, QA/QC, regulatory submission, or manufacturing support.
