FOXO4-DRI is a cell-permeable peptide antagonist that blocks the interaction between FOXO4 and p53, inducing apoptosis in senescent cells. It is a senolytic peptide that selectively targets and eliminates senescent cells, which are associated with aging and age-related diseases.
