AAZ-A-154 (free base) – (2481740-94-5)

AAZ-A-154, also known as DLX-001, is a novel isotryptamine derivative developed as a selective serotonin 5-HT2A receptor agonist.

It is being investigated for the treatment of major depressive disorder and other central nervous system disorders. Unlike traditional psychedelics, AAZ-A-154 exhibits antidepressant-like effects without inducing hallucinogenic activity.

Preclinical studies suggest it promotes neuroplasticity and produces long-lasting behavioral benefits in animal models. The compound is orally bioavailable and centrally penetrant, with no observed cardiovascular safety concerns.

AAZ-A-154 is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials as of December 2023. It is licensed by Delix Therapeutics for development as a non-hallucinogenic psychoplastogen.
