JBSNF-000088, also known as 6-Methoxynicotinamide, is a potent and orally active Nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT) inhibitor.

JBSNF-000088 inhibits NNMT activity, reduces MNA levels, and promotes insulin sensitization, glucose modulation, and body weight reduction in animal models of metabolic disease.

It has shown efficacy in improving glucose tolerance and reducing body weight in high-fat diet-induced obese mice.
